HS100, manufactured using open arc welding technology, clads one or multiple layers of wear resistant materials onto a mild steel backing material. Chromium carbides are evenly distributed throughout the uniform thickness of the overlay layer, achieving exceptional wear resistance while maintaining excellent ductility and enabling forming and welding capabilities. With a minimum thickness of 2on2, HS100 performs well in medium abrasion operating environments.
HS200, manufactured using submerged arc welding technology and powder metallurgy cladding technology, a high concentration of chromium carbides is uniformly clad onto a mild steel backing material and evenly distributed throughout the uniform thickness of the overlay layer, achieving exceptional wear resistance while maintaining excellent ductility and enabling forming and welding capabilities. HS200 performs very well under severe abrasion environments. We also supply oversized wear plates in 2200×11000mm dimensions, perfectly suited for heavily abrasive working environments.
HS300 is manufactured by metallurgically cladding a high concentration of composite carbides – including chromium carbide, niobium carbide, molybdenum carbide, vanadium carbide, and titanium carbide onto a mild steel backing material. These carbides are evenly distributed throughout the uniform thickness of the overlay layer, achieving exceptional wear resistance while maintaining excellent ductility and enabling forming and welding capabilities. HS300 wear plate is suitable for applications involving high abrasion and medium to high impact environments.
HS600 is manufactured by metallurgically cladding composite carbides – including chromium carbide and tungsten carbide onto a mild steel backing material. A high concentration of these composite carbides is uniformly clad onto the backing material and evenly distributed throughout the uniform thickness of the overlay layer, achieving exceptional wear resistance while maintaining excellent ductility and enabling forming and welding capabilities. HS600 performs well in extreme high abrasion environments.
Fused alloy / smooth surface plate is produced by depositing high chromium high carbon overlay on to mild steel base metal. The product surface is smooth without welding beads, which ensuring uninterrupted material flow during conveying, reducing material adhesion and residue. This enhances work efficiency and lowers maintenance costs. The Fused alloy surface plates offer excellent abrasion resistance and impact toughness. The Smooth Surface Wear Plate is ideally suited for applications experiencing frequent material hang-ups in highly abrasive operating environments.
HS-X adopts advanced overlay welding technology, metallurgically cladding a high concentration carbide alloy layer onto a mild steel backing material to form a composite material with exceptional wear resistance. This product can be customized according to customers’ specific requirements, including dimensions, shapes, alloy compositions, and performance specifications, to meet the high wear resistance demands in various industrial applications. HS-X wear plate can meet customers’ requirements for various operating environments.
HS-M is a wear resistant plate independently developed by Hisan. It is manufactured using submerged arc welding technology, depositing wear resistant overlay onto a mild steel backing. Multi-layer welding can be achieved, and the chemical composition can be adjusted as needed to provide special properties. HS-M offers excellent machinability and supports custom fabrication per customer drawings.
